Structure and product scheme

Virtual ceiling window OZOON consists of lamps, developed and produced specially for this purpose. It is made of energy saving light bulbs and panels with realistic images, which all together represent high quality product. Scheme of the product:

Note: installing in the lowered ceiling (type Armstrong) – construction of standard T profiles for lowered ceilings, width 24 mm – height of lowered ceiling for installation at least 30 cm; frame height 40 mm.

Installation

Installation of ceiling window OZOON is really simple. However, we recommend that installation is carried out by a qualified person (electrician).

When installing to lowered ceiling (construction of standard T profiles for lowered ceiling, width 24 mm, raster of 60x60 cm):
  • Firstly we remove ceiling panels and place part of the lighting (dimension of one module is 60x120cm and includes two raster), which needs to be connected to electrical grid and linked to the switch, then
  • We install framework, and finally
  • Plexi-glass is placed on this framework (with photo downwards). It is necessary to ensure, that sharp objects don’t scrape the plates.

Power Supply: AC 220-240V
Power of the basic model: 2x28W
Protection level of the basic model: IP 20

Maintenance
Product OZOON is quite an undemanding when it comes to maintenance. Lamps that are used, have a life service of 20,000 hours and are the only part that needs to be replaced (recommended change period is around 16,000 hours). Lamps should be replaced by the qualified person (electrician).

Before doing this, light needs to be out, and then we carefully remove plexi-glass, where the lamp was shut down. Non- working lamp is removed and replaced with new one. Then we put plexi-glass back on the framework, and turn on virtual window OZOON with the switch.

Cleaning
Since there is an air flow above the lowered ceiling, dust is gathering on the white side of plexi-glass in installed light. Therefore, we recommend that occasionally we put them off, put a thin edge on the soft cloth and wipe the white surface with paper towel. Any use of chemicals and rough cleaning tools is strictly forbidden. Plates are placed back to the frame with photos turned down.
