Structure and product scheme

Virtual ceiling window OZOON LED consists of LED lamps developed and produced specially for this purpose. It is made of thin housing and plates with realistic images, which all together represent high quality product. Scheme of the product:

Installation

Installation of ceiling window OZOON is even easier; however, we recommend that installation is carried out by a qualified person (electrician)!

1)    On standard lowered ceiling (construction of standard T profiles for lowered ceilings, width 24 mm, raster 60x60 cm):

• firstly you remove ceiling plates, then
• place the frame,
• and place lighting part with already fitted plexi glass (dimension of one module is 59x59 cm and includes one raster), which needs to be connected to electrical grid and linked to the switch. It is necessary to ensure, that sharp objects don’t scrape the printed glass.

 
2)    Ceiling and wall installation:
-    First you place the mounting plate to the spot where you want it

-    On mounting plate you place the lighting module on a way that screws are fitted in profile. When done, we slide the modules in desired direction and connect them (in case when it’s one or more modules) to electric current.

 
-    At the end we add the final deep frame.

Possible installation in humid spaces, like bathroom etc.

Maintanance
When it comes to maintenance, product OZOON is quite undemanding. Lamps that are used have a very long life service (50,000 hours) and are the only part that needs to be replaced. Lamps should be replaced by the qualified person (electrician).

Before replacing lamps, OZOON light needs to be turned off. Then we unscrew the threaded pins, carefully remove the plexi-glass and remove the frame. We take away non-working LED stripe from the side and replace it with new one, which is connected to the system. When LED lights are changed, we place glass back to the frame as it was before replacement of LED stripe. Module is put back on its place and OZOON LED light is on again.

Cleaning
Product doesn’t demand special cleaning. We recommend that occasionally you wipe it with dry cloth and remove possible dust.

In any case it is forbidden to clean the product with any kind of detergent (!).
