On what kind of ceiling can we install OZOON? Is it possible to install it on a ceiling that isn’t lowered?
OZOON ceiling window in shape of virtual window can be installed on (A) a gypsum ceiling or on a ceiling without a ceiling cassette (for example in combination with Axiom profiles) or on (B) lowered ceiling of raster 60x60 cm made with standard construction of T profiles for lowered ceiling, with width of 24 mm..
(A)(A) Installation of OZOON window in possible, even though your ceiling is not lowered. You have two options: i) i) you can mount lowered ceiling of raster 60x60 cm to the whole ceiling area where you want to install OZOON, or ii) you lower the ceiling only on part where you intend to install window OZOON.
(B)However, if you already have the lowered ceiling prepared, you just remove the existing panels and you install OZOON ceiling light on already existing construction.
Installation of virtual window OZOON: firstly you install lighting module on construction; this module needs to be connected to electricity. Then you mount frames on which you place plates with printed photos (photos turned downwards). The mounting height is at least 30 cm!

For how many centimeters does the ceiling need to be lowered?
The ceiling needs to be lowered for at least 30 cm. If not, you can still additionally lower the ceiling where you want to install OZOON as much as needed (with Axiom profiles).

How is installation of OZOON? Who will mount it?
Installation of OZOON is very simple. However, since installation requires work with electricity, we recommend that installation is carried out by a qualified person (electrician)! Installation can be performed by our competent installer.

What about maintenance and cleaning?
OZOON doesn’t need special maintenance. Since there is an air flow above the lowered ceiling, dust is gathering on the white side of plexi-glass in installed light. Therefore, we recommend that occasionally we put them off, put a thin edge on the soft cloth and wipe the white surface with paper towel. Plates are then placed back to the frame.

Among which motives can I choose?
You can choose between motives that are posted on www.ozoon.si under the tab »Divine gallery«. You can also use your own design, if our expert estimates that the motive has enough quality.

Can I use my own photo on OZOON?
Yes, of course you can. We will give the photo that you suggest to our expert, who will evaluate if the photo has enough quality to use it on OZOON. This is very important, especially on larger installations where photo needs to be substantially increased.

Warranty period for OZOON is 1 (one) year of purchasing day. Warranty covers defects on material and construction. Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused by the negligent, misuse of OZOON or natural phenomena. It also doesn’t cover transport costs. Stopteh d.o.o. doesn’t cover costs that would result from possible errors related to the equipment.

Delivery is usually by arrangements (approximately within 2-3 weeks). Delivery time starts with receiving your order and advanced payment, when it is required or agreed. Delivery time also depends on production capacities.

What is the life expectancy of bulbs?
We use energy saving lights of a very high quality. Lamps that are used, have a life service of 20,000 hours and are the only part that needs to be replaced (recommended change period is around 16,000 hours). You can buy lights at our firm Stopteh d.o.o.; they are also commercially available. Lamps should be replaced by the qualified person (electrician).
Before replacing lamps, OZOON light needs to be turned off. Then carefully remove the plexi-glass where lamp stopped working. Take away non-working bulb and replace it with new one. Place plexi- glass back to the frame and turn on window OZOON.

What are possible OZOON layouts?
Basic unit of windows is 1|2, this means 60 x 120cm. You can design this unit in next layouts:

What is the price? How much does OZOON costs?
Price depends on layout and number of units (modules) that you combine. We suggest that you send us inquiry of what kind of layout you are interested in:

You can see OZOON at Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana (Zoisova cesta 12).
