Sometimes we just read about it, sometimes we actually feel like it... we talk about depression. There is one type of depression, which is especially known - it is called winter depression or so called syndrome of seasonal emotional disturbance (SAD). The name already implies that this kind of depression appears when we are in lack of light and caressing sun.
